Here are some of my top tips for meal prepping as a pescatarian:
- Plan your menu: Start with prepping 1-2 meals, then plan more as you get more comfortable.
- Buy frozen seafood: It's typically cheaper, so you can buy when it's on sale and freeze it for later.
- Cook it fresh: Seafood don't have as long a fridge life as other proteins, so cook it as quickly as possible.
- Ingredient prep: Make your marinades and chop up ingredients for easy prep the day of.
- Use the right containers: Invest in the right containers to store your ingredients and meals.
