One Pot Pasta

Craving some yummy pasta but don’t feel like cleaning up a bunch of dishes after? These one pot pasta recipes are the way to go. Not only are all these dishes super delicious, but they’re also really easy to make. They only require one pot for the entire recipe, which means less time spent on dishes and more time spent watching Netflix as you dig into your pasta.

What is a one pot meal?

Like the name suggests, one pot meals are recipes that only require one pot for the entire dish. They’re great for nights where you want something quick and easy, both when it comes to cooking and cleaning up afterwards.

How much water for one pot pasta?

The general ratio for one pot pasta recipes is one part pasta, two parts liquid. This makes sure that your noodles are cooked all the way through without being soggy (because no one likes overcooked noodles). Depending on the recipe, you’ll either cook your noodles in boiling water beforehand or cook them in your sauce.
