When it comes to reheating your leftover steak, I find that the best way to do it is in the oven or in a pan on the stovetop. For the oven method, place the steak on a wire rack on a sheet pan and reheat in the oven for about 30 minutes at 250° Fahrenheit. If you’re reheating it on the stovetop, sear it over medium-high heat for about one minute per side.
