Unless you grew up in a home that didn't participate in Halloween, I am guessing that many of us have been to at least one Halloween party in our lifetime, right?

I am also willing to bet that the Halloween party food that was served included delicious but sugary treats like caramel corn, black salt water taffy, Halloween party punch, and possibly some slightly healthier treats like caramel apples.

Add a pillow case or Jack O Lantern bucket full of Trick or Treat candy to that Halloween party food, and many of us were bouncing off of the walls by the end of the night!

Healthy Halloween Party Food

To avoid the sugar highs and maybe a few cavities from the excessive sugar, here are some of my fave healthier Halloween party food ideas. They're delicious, of course, but they're fun food ideas, too!
