Ingredients
- 1 lb asparagus ends trimmed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar or lemon juice
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp parmesan cheese grated
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400 F for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, trim about 1 inch of the ends off the asparagus (just the tough parts) and then toss in a large bowl or on a sheet pan with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic and salt and pepper.
- Air fry asparagus for 10 minutes.
- Remove and sprinkle parmesan overtop, then serve and enjoy!
