How to cook asparagus in the air fryer
Step 1: Prep your ingredients.
Preheat air fryer to 400 F for 5 minutes.
Step 2: Season the asparagus.
Meanwhile, trim about 1 inch of the ends off the asparagus (just the tough parts) and then toss in a large bowl or on a sheet pan with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic and salt and pepper.
Step 3: Cook in the air fryer.
Air fry asparagus for 10 minutes.
Step 4: Serve and enjoy!
Remove and sprinkle parmesan overtop, then serve and enjoy!

It should last in the freezer for up to 6 months.
You won’t have to worry about defrosting the asparagus, since it can be cooked right from frozen. Toss it in the air fryer to reheat, add on your favourite seasonings and dig in.

Ingredients
- 1 lb asparagus ends trimmed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar or lemon juice
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp parmesan cheese grated
