This Wendy’s Chili recipe is a perfect replica – it’s full of flavour thanks to green chilies, chili powder, cumin and two types of beans.

Not to be THAT food blogger (promise I’ll keep this short ๐คฃ) but I have such fond memories my of gramma and I going to get chili at Wendy’s when I was a kid.
Not sure if that’s because it was one of the cheapest things on the menu or if she REALLY liked it, but anytime I make this chili, I’m reminded of her. โค๏ธ

Super easy & delicious! I used a 6 bean mix in one can & actually threw in a half cup of leftover ‘pork n’ beans’. It was a hit with everyone, & not too spicy for my 10 y/o son.

I gathered (3) copycat recipes for “Wendy’s Chili” that I thought showed potential and made ALL of them last weekend.
Although I doubled the ground beef in your version, I stuck to the recipe for the rest of it. Yours is by far the closest to Wendy’s.
I used to work at Wendy’s in college. I even made the chili. Now, that doesn’t give me any special insights in replicating it. (I opened two giant cans; one can of beans and one can of fixings. Mixed it with chopped burgers from the day before. *poof* Wendy’s Chili!). But I spent quite a bit of time around it and can spot it pretty easily.
Good job! (But one pound of ground beef? Seriously?)
