Storing: Store cooked meatballs in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4ā5 days. You can also make the meatball mix ahead of time and store in the fridge so you can easily roll and cook the day of.
Freezing: Let meatballs cool completely, then freeze in a single layer before transferring to a freezer-safe bag or container. Freeze for up to 3 months. Defrost in the fridge overnight.
