Wondering how to use your new favourite seasoning? Here are some dishes I like to use this seasoning on:
Frequently asked questions
Can I use fresh lime zest instead of dried?
Yes, fresh zest works in a pinch, especially if you’re using the seasoning right away. For longer storage, dried zest or citric acid powder is a better option to prevent clumping and spoilage.
Can I make this seasoning dairy-free or vegan?
Yes! Just skip the parmesan cheese or use a dairy-free alternative like nutritional yeast for a similar flavour.
Is this seasoning spicy?
It has a mild kick from the chili powder and paprika, but itโs not overwhelmingly spicy. You can adjust the heat by adding a pinch of cayenne or using a spicier chili powder if desired.
