Here's how it works
1. Every Thursday, check your meal plan
Every week, you receive a new meal plan that uses up ingredients from the week prior (no buying red cabbage and letting it go bad). You can make customizations like changing the serving sizes, deleting/adding recipes, or smart search (by ingredient, protein, diet type, etc) from our library of 430+ recipes. Access plans from your phone, computer or printer-friendly PDF.
2. Audit the grocery list
Once you've solidified your meal plan, your grocery list will automatically generate based on changes you've made. This is a big time saver! You can print it out or access on your phone to take with you to the store. You can also add anything else you need such as paper towels, snacks, drinks, etc.
3. Work through your prep ahead checklist
Over the weekend, take 1 hour to go through the prep ahead checklist that auto-generates based on changes you make to the meal plan. You'll prep ingredients for your weeknight dinners so you can cook fresh meals (no leftovers!) in 15-20 minutes each night. Just dump and cook!
4. Make your routine stick with our 60-day educational cycles

Why I created a meal prep app and coursework combo
Hey I'm Taylor, aka The Girl on Bloor (a street in Toronto). I started meal prepping at a low point when I was struggling financially and leaving an abusive relationship. It felt like my life was spiralling out of control.
Eating healthy and working out felt like a good first step towards building a better life. I had this instinct that I needed to start caring for myself. Meal prep seemed like a great way to eat nourishing food while saving money and freeing up brain space.
In the beginning, I struggled to find good recipes and make all the food every Sunday. The process was exhausting and I ended up feeling like a failure🥺 when I couldn't stick with it. Then I discovered ingredient prep, which made the process SO much easier.
It's been 10 years, and meal prep has given me financial freedom, keeps me sane during my busiest weeks and makes me FEEL GOOD investing in my health. Now whenever life throws me a curveball, I know my routine is there to support me. I want to share my life changing system with you!
