Why I created Dinner Prep Pro
Hey I'm Taylor, aka The Girl on Bloor (a street in Toronto). I started meal prepping when my life was spiralling out of control. After leaving an unhealthy relationship, graduating and getting my first office job, I was ready to make a change.
Meal prep seemed like the perfect way to fuel myself with a busy schedule that included working out 5x a week. But cooking all day Sunday just to eat leftovers all week didn't work. Then I discovered my 1-hour-per-week ingredient prep system.
I started to consistently eat healthy dinners at home, which made me feel accomplished, and motivated me to show up for myself in other ways.
I woke up feeling excited to exercise and had more energy to pour into my career, as well as nurture my relationships. What I saved on groceries and takeout even paid for a vacation!
And ultimately, showing up week after week gave me purpose.
10 years later, I'm proud to be prepping with hundreds of other community members who inspire each other to put our health first.
