What is the refund policy?
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out to [email protected] for a refund. Please note that this is a digital product and as such it is not returnable in the same sense that a t-shirt, for instance, would be. For this reason, we will only be able to offer refunds in select cases where the customer is able to provide a detailed explanation as to why they are unsatisfied with the Challenge. We would never want you to purchase something from us that you are unhappy with or that you feel will not be helpful for you, but please note that we are not able to offer refunds for buyers remorse as you are able to keep the product even if refunded. If you have specific questions before purchase, we would be happy to assist!
What are the recipes like?
Every recipe includes a protein, carb and vegetable(s) and can be made in 30-60 minutes even if you don't prep any ingredients ahead of time. When you do prep ahead of time, they will come together in 15-20 minutes. You don't need any special equipment. One recipe uses a slow cooker but you can easily make that recipe in a pot on the stove instead. Most of the recipes have a short ingredient list and use staples you likely already have on hand at home or are easily found at most grocery stores. Sample recipes include Turkey Meatball Bowls, Chicken Wonton Tacos, Burger Lettuce Wraps, Turkey Chili, Chicken Quesadillas, Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos, Red Curry Chicken Noodles and more.
What are the workouts like?
Almost all of the workouts can be completed in about 30-40 minutes. They are beginner-friendly but include options for those more experienced to increase the difficulty. You only need 2 dumbbells (a lighter set and a heavier set) and 1 or 2 bands (one light and one heavy is ideal) All workouts can be done in the comfort of your own home - no need to go to the gym but you could do them there if you wanted, and each week contains 5 days of workouts with about 7-9 exercises included per day. All workouts alternate between muscle groups (one leg day, one upper body, abs, full body, etc.)

What about dietary restrictions?
Our recipes are omnivore. All of the recipes include recipe substitutions and swaps can be made quite easily for most recipes, so they are easily adaptable to any diet.Â
Why do you charge in USD?
I may be Canadian, but the vast majority of my business expenses are in USD. I need to charge in the same currency that I pay out to recoup my costs. Thank you for helping to support a small business 🙂Â
