QUICK & EASY DINNER IDEA

This Easy Weeknight Lo Mein recipe is better than takeout! All you need is 25 minutes and some staple ingredients to make it.

Ingredients

Step 1 Cook the lo mein noodles until softened. Drain and set aside.

Step 2 Mix together the sauce ingredients in a small bowl.

Step 3 Sauté the chicken in a pan or wok until browned.

Step 4 Sauté the veggies in the same pan until softened.

Step 5 Add the chicken and sauce to the pan with the veggies. Cook until the sauce is thickened, then add in the noodles. Toss to coat.

Step 6 Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, then serve and enjoy.

Storing and reheating Store the leftovers in the fridge for 5 days. Reheat in a pan on the stovetop or in the microwave for 1-2 minutes.
