EASY MEAL PREP BREAKFAST

These Make-Ahead Croissant Breakfast Sandwiches are made with scrambled eggs, crispy bacon and a delicious hot sauce aioli. They're AMAZING!

Ingredients

Step 1 Cook the bacon to your desired crispiness.

Step 2 Mix together the light mayo, minced garlic and hot sauce to make the aioli.

Step 3 Fry the onions in a skillet until tender.

Step 4 Scramble the eggs with cheese until just set.

Step 5 Bake the croissants if needed, then cut open the croissants.

Step 6 Add a slather of aioli to the croissant, followed by bacon, eggs, red onions and arugula. Serve and enjoy!

Storing and reheating Assemble your croissant sandwiches a day in advance without the arugula or aioli. Store them in the fridge, then reheat in the oven for 10 minutes at 350° F. Add the arugula and aioli then serve!
