These Healthy Airfryer Sweet Potato Fries with chipotle dipping sauce are the ultimate fall side dish, and they're SO crispy!

Step 1 Preheat Airfryer to 400 F for 10 min. Meanwhile, peel skin off sweet potatoes and cut into 1-inch fries. Toss with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder and salt in a large bowl.

Step 2  Add sweet potato fries to XXL Airfryer and cook for 12 minutes. Gently flip and toss fries then cook another 10-12 minutes (check after 10 minutes then add 2 more min if you like them crispier). Meanwhile, mix ingredients for chipotle dipping sauce together.

Step 3  Remove fries from Airfryer and serve with chipotle dipping sauce. Enjoy!

Storing and Reheating I highly doubt you will have any leftover sweet potato fries but in case you do, here's how you can store them for later: – Divide the fries into portions or store all leftovers in an airtight container together – Place in the fridge for up to two days. – When ready to enjoy, cook using the air fryer instructions above.
