This homemade fajita sauce is bold, zesty, and so easy to make—perfect for adding smoky flavor to chicken, beef, or veggies.

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp fajita seasoning
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp each salt & pepper

Fajita seasoning

  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes

Instructions

  • Mix fajita seasoning together in a bowl then store in a jar for later.
  • Mix all ingredients together in small bowl. Serve right away with protein and veggies of choice, or store in the fridge up to 5 days.

Get cool jars with labels for your fajita seasoning here.
Adding a spoonful of Greek yogurt will make this sauce much richer and creamier. 
Make a double batch and freeze it in small portions for quick meals anytime.
This sauce works beautifully as a marinade for grilled meats, a drizzle over tacos, or even a bold salad dressing.
