EASY & HEALTHY SUSHI BOWLS

These easy salmon sushi bowls are so delicious and packed with veggies like edamame and cucumber! Serve with homemade spicy mayo.

Ingredients

Step 1 Cook the sushi rice, then stir in the rice vinegar, sugar and salt. Toss with a fork until combined.

Step 2 Season the salmon pieces with salt, pepper, sesame oil, soy sauce and togarashi seasoning.

Step 3 Mix together the light mayo and wasabi paste to make the wasabi sauce.

Step 4 Mix together the light mayo and sriracha to make the spicy mayo.

Step 5 Cook the salmon pieces in a skillet.

Step 6 Serve the salmon over the sushi rice with any toppings of your choice. Drizzle with wasabi sauce and spicy mayo.

Storing and reheating Store all the components separately in the fridge for 2-3 days. Assemble your bowls fresh and eat them cold.
