TASTY & FAST FISH TACO RECIPE

These are the Easiest Fish Tacos! This quick taco recipe is made with seasoned halibut topped with coleslaw and a simple chipotle crema sauce.

Ingredients

Step 1 Mix together the cabbage, vinegar, sugar, oil and salt to make the coleslaw.

Step 2 Mix together the sour cream, minced chipotle pepper and water to make the chipotle crema.

Step 3 Rub the fish with olive oil, taco seasoning, lime juice, salt and pepper.

Step 4 Cook the fish filets in a skillet on the stovetop until cooked through.

Step 5 Flake the cooked fish filet.

Step 6 Assemble your tacos with the fish, slaw, crema, avocado and cilantro. Serve and enjoy!

Storing and reheating Store the fish in the fridge for 2 days and the slaw and chipotle crema for 5 days. Reheat the fish on the stovetop with a bit of water, then assemble your tacos fresh.
