EASY & HEALTHY SOUP RECIPE

This Healthy Chicken Pot Pie Soup is comfort in a bowl! It's so easy, creamy and delicious—top it with puff pastry croutons!

Ingredients

Step 1 Sear the chicken on each side in a pot.

Step 2 Sauté the veggies until tender. Sprinkle the flour over top and mix with the veggies.

Step 3 Add everything to the pot except the milk, peas, pastry and egg. Bring to a boil and simmer.

Step 4 Cut the puff pastry, brush it with egg wash and bake until golden.

Step 5 Stir the milk and peas into the soup.

Step 6 Top the soup with puff pastry stars and serve!

Storing and reheating Store any leftovers in the fridge for 5 days without the puff pastry. Reheat in the microwave for 1-2 minutes in on the stovetop. Add on the puff pastry and serve!
