HOMEMADE MEATBALL RECIPE

The easy Chicken Parm Meatballs are made in a skillet and topped with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese. Serve with pasta for dinner!

Ingredients

Step 1 Mix together the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, onion, parmesan, dijon, garlic, salt and pepper.

Step 2 Roll the mixture into 18 round balls, then cook in a pan until browned.

Step 3 Cook the pasta until al dente, and add the zucchini during the last 2 mins of cooking time.

Step 4 Pour the sauce into the skillet with the meatballs.

Step 5 Sprinkle the cheese over top, then broil for 1-2 mins until the cheese has melted.

Step 6 Garnish with fresh basil or parsley, then serve over the pasta and zucchini

Storing and reheating Store the meatballs in the fridge for up to 5 days. Reheat with the sauce in a pan on the stovetop or microwave for 1-2 minutes.
