Ingredients

  • 8 cups watermelon diced
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt optional

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until combined.
  • Pour into a pitcher with a fine mesh sieve overtop to strain the pulp. Either add some pulp back in if desired, or discard.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Chill the watermelon before blending to make the juice extra refreshing.
Straining the juice is optional. Leaving the pulp adds more fibre and body.
You can prepare the juice several hours ahead and store it in the fridge until you’re ready to serve.
Store in a covered jar or pitcher in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, and give it a quick stir before drinking.
