Ingredients

  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Optional toppings

  • Whipped cream
  • Raspberries

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and mix until just combined. Do NOT overmix or it will become runny.
  • Top with more Greek yogurt or whipped cream and berries if desired and enjoy!

Notes

Nutritional info does not include whipped cream or berries.
Use full-fat or 2% cottage cheese for the creamiest texture and best flavour.
Blend just until smooth — overmixing can make the mousse too thin.
Add a scoop of chocolate or vanilla protein powder if you want to boost the protein even more.
Store the mousse in sealed jars in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 2 months. Thaw overnight in the fridge before serving.
