Foolproof Cold Foam Recipe

This cold foam recipe works every single time and is the closest Starbucks copycat. Save money and make it at home with just 3 ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup 2% milk
  • 2 tsp sugar

Optional add-ins

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp flavoured coffee syrup omit the sugar and use this instead

Instructions

  • Add whipping cream, milk and sugar to a large mason jar or bowl. Beat mixture with beaters, and immersion blender or a milk frother for 3-4 minutes until the mixture forms a stiff texture. Serve immediately over iced coffee and enjoy!

Notes

Serving size is about 1/4 cup.
You can store the leftovers up to 5 days in the fridge.
Reshake leftover cold foam in a mason jar to get it thicker again before serving. 
You MUST use whipping cream to get the desired consistency.
Feel free to swap out the sugar with maple syrup, honey, coconut sugar or agave syrup.
