Cookie Dough Bites (High Protein!)

These easy no-bake 5 ingredient Cookie Dough Bites are high in protein and the perfect bite sized snack to satisfy your sweet tooth!

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1/2 cup tahini or nut butter of choice
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp oat flour
  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl then roll into 1-inch balls, then serve and enjoy!
  • STORING: You can store the protein balls in the fridge in a freezer bag or large container for up to 2 weeks in the fridge, and you can freeze them for up to 6 months.

Notes

Nutritional info is per bite and the recipe makes 12 bites.
Whey protein will give the softest cookie dough texture, but plant-based protein powder can work too. 
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.
Freeze in an airtight container for up to 3 months. Thaw in the fridge.
