Crust
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp each salt & pepper
Toppings
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup turkey pepperoni
- 1/4 cup mushrooms sliced
- 1/4 cup green pepper diced
- 1/4 cup red onion sliced
Preheat oven to 425 F. Mix chicken crust ingredients together, then spray a 9x13 baking sheet lined with parchment with cooking spray. Spread pizza crust across the baking sheet, then bake for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare toppings of choice. I'll usually saute mushrooms with a bit of butter or oil in a skillet for 5 minutes so the liquid doesn't compromise the crust.
When crust is ready, remove from oven, top with sauce, cheese and toppings and bake another 10 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
Nutritional info includes all toppings.
Line and spray baking sheet so the crust doesn't stick.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer.
Freeze crust after first bake with toppings or wrap leftover slices in freezer safe bags for up to 3 months.
