- 1 cup light mayo
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup relish
Mix mayo, ketchup and relish together in a bowl. Trust me, this is ALL you need so stop overcomplicating it! Will store in the fridge up to 3 months, or expiry date on your condiments.
Use any kind of relish—sweet, dill, or spicy all work.
Swap Dijon for yellow mustard for a more classic flavour.
Add a pinch of paprika or onion powder to boost the seasoning.
This sauce is great for burgers, wraps, and as a dip for fries.
Store in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 3 months.
Freezing is not recommended, as the mayo base may separate.
