Super Easy Loaded Kimchi Fries (Video!)
These Super Easy Loaded Kimchi Fries are topped with spicy marinated steak, red chilies, jalapenos, cilantro, scallions and a spicy mayo drizzle - they're the ultimate weeknight dinner!

- 1 bag frozen fries
- 1 sirloin steak, diced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sriracha
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 each red and green pepper, diced
- 1 cup kimchi
- 1 jalapeno pepper, sliced
- 1-2 red chilies
- 1-2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 4 scallions, sliced
- 1/3 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 cup mayo
- 1-2 tsp Sriracha
Preheat oven to 450 F. Bake frozen fries for 20 min, flipping halfway through (or according to package directions).
Mix soy sauce, sriracha and sesame oil with raw chopped sirloin steak. Saute for 4-5 min on med-high heat until fully cooked. Wipe pan clean and saute bell peppers on high heat for 3-4 min then remove from heat and set aside.
Mix together mayo and sriracha, then put into a plastic bag and cut a hole in one of the bottom corners to drizzle over fries. Set aside.
Remove fries from oven. Top with steak, bell peppers, kimchi, jalapeno, chilies, sesame seeds, scallions, spicy mayo and cilantro. Serve and enjoy!
