Ingredients

  • Cooking spray
  • 1 lb macaroni or mini shells (not cooked)
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 (12oz) can evaporated milk
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, grated
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp mustard powder
  • Chives, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients (except for chives) to slow cooker and stir.
  • Cook on low for 2 hours, stirring once per hour. 
  • Stir one final time, then let sit with the lid off for 5 minutes for the sauce to thicken up. Serve garnished with chives, and enjoy!
