This Easy Ginger Chicken is a quick stir fry that's made in 30 minutes! The sauce is the perfect mix of sweet and savoury.


Step 1 Sear the chicken on each side.

Step 2 Add in the ginger, shallots, the white parts of the green onion and the garlic.

Step 3 Sauté the veggies until softened, then sprinkle the cornstarch over top and mix to combine.

Step 4 Add the oyster sauce, soy sauce and chicken broth, and cook until the sauce has thickened.

Step 5 Sauté the bok choy until cooked through, adding the soy sauce during the last minute of cooking time.

Step 6 Garnish with the green ports of the green onion and sesame seeds, and serve with rice and bok choy.

Storing and reheating Store the leftovers in airtight glass containers for 5 days. Sprinkle some water over top, then microwave for 1 to 2 minutes.
