- 1/2 tsp each salt & pepper
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Preheat air fryer to 400 F for 10 min. Cut ends off of brussels sprouts and then slice in half. In a large bowl, toss brussels sprouts with olive oil and salt & pepper.
Add brussels sprouts to air fryer and cook for 7 minutes. Remove basket and toss brussels sprouts, then air fry another 5 minutes. Remove the basket once more, then toss with balsamic vinegar, honey and garlic. Air fry for 2 more minutes.
When brussels sprouts are done, remove from air fryer and toss with parmesan cheese. Serve and enjoy!
To make them crispy on the outside but tender on the inside, soak them in water for 10 minutes before cooking.
For a dairy-free option, swap out the parmesan cheese for nutritional yeast.
Serve them with a side of sausage, chicken or salmon.
Store the leftovers in the fridge for 4 days. Reheat in the oven for 10 minutes at 350° F or in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes at 350° F.
Freeze the cooked brussels sprouts for up to 3 months. Reheat in a skillet on the stovetop or in the oven.
