- 2 tbsp instant coffee
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 handful ice cubes
In a large bowl, whisk together coffee, water and sugar, whisking as fast as possible until a stiff foam forms.
Add ice to a tall glass and pour milk overtop, then spoon whipped coffee mixture overtop. Serve and enjoy!
Use a round whisk or electric mixer to make things easier.
Replace the sugar with honey instead. You can also use Stevia or Splenda, but you’ll only need half the amount.
Store the leftover foam in the fridge for up to a week.
