Garlic Parm Air Fryer Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 1 lb asparagus ends trimmed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar or lemon juice
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese grated

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 400 F for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, trim about 1 inch of the ends off the asparagus (just the tough parts) and then toss in a large bowl or on a sheet pan with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic and salt and pepper.
  • Air fry asparagus for 10 minutes.
  • Remove and sprinkle parmesan overtop, then serve and enjoy!

Notes

Try out different seasoning ideas like Italian seasoning, cayenne or lemon juice.
Serve your air fryer asparagus with any main dish like chicken, beef, fish or pasta.
Store any leftovers in the fridge for 2-3 days. Reheat in the air fryer for 3 minutes.
Freeze fresh asparagus for up to 6 months after blanching, then cook from frozen.
