These Healthy Fruit and Yogurt Parfaits are a great make-ahead breakfast idea with creamy Greek yogurt, homemade granola and fresh fruit.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (any flavour)
  • 1 cup granola (homemade or store bought)
  • 1 mango, diced
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries

Instructions

  • Layer 1/4 cup Greek yogurt to the bottom of each mason jar, then layer with 1/4 cup granola, followed by fruit.
  • Store in fridge up to 5 days.

Mix up the toppings to include whatever you have on hand.
Up the protein by using Greek yogurt and adding in nuts, nut butter, chia seeds and flax seeds.
If you want your granola to be super crunchy, store it separately from the fruit and yogurt then add it on right before eating.
Store your yogurt parfaits in the fridge for up to 5 days.
