Cut cantaloupe into small 1 inch pieces. Peel kiwi and cut into similarly sized chunks. Juice lime.
Blend lime juice, cantaloupe and kiwi together in a blender with a little bit of water as needed.
Strain fruit puree once, pushing through juice with a wooden spoon and working through in batches.
Strain juice once again to get the rest of fruit pulp if desired.
To make simple syrup: mix equal parts water and sugar in a heat safe bowl. Set aside.
Add fruit juice to a large pitcher and add simple syrup (if desired) and top with sparkling water.
Serve over ice in a tall glass and enjoy!
