This Mojito Colada smoothie is the perfect refreshing drink using fresh mint, pineapple and coconut water for a nutrient-dense breakfast reminiscent of summer.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped pineapple can use frozen
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut water
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 fresh lime juiced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup chopped spinach optional

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients in a blender (halve the ingredients for a single serving in a Magic Bullet).
  • Enjoy immediately - it's that simple!
