Blood Orange & Coconut Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 8 small blood oranges squeezed
  • 1/2 cup white sugar

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, pour in coconut milk, blood orange juice and sugar. Beat on high for 3-4 minutes until mixture begins to thicken.
  • Pour into small rectangular baking dish lined with plastic wrap, then freeze for 30 minutes.
  • Take out of the freezer and stir with a spoon. Repeat every 30 minutes until frozen.
  • To eat, leave out of the freezer for a good 10 minutes before scooping. Enjoy with coconut chips on top and garnish with slices of blood orange.
