Cantaloupe and Cucumber Pops

Servings: 6 ice pops
- 1 popsicle mould
- Popsicle sticks from the dollar store
- 1 cucumber sliced
- 1 small cantaloupe peeled and sliced
- 1 lime juiced
- 1 small handful spinach
- 1/3 cup honey
Prepare all ingredients by slicing into blendable pieces. Squeeze lime using a glass juicer or your hands.
Blend all ingredients together in a blender until completely pureed.
Strain twice using a fine mesh sieve, then pour into popsicle moulds, leaving out the popsicle sticks.
Freeze for 1 hour, then insert popsicle sticks into partially frozen pops.
Freeze for another 6 hours or overnight then enjoy!
