Cantaloupe and Cucumber Pops

These Cantaloupe and Cucumber Pops highlight some delicious spring produce for a quick and healthy snack!

Ingredients

  • 1 popsicle mould
  • Popsicle sticks from the dollar store
  • 1 cucumber sliced
  • 1 small cantaloupe peeled and sliced
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1 small handful spinach
  • 1/3 cup honey

Instructions

  • Prepare all ingredients by slicing into blendable pieces. Squeeze lime using a glass juicer or your hands.
  • Blend all ingredients together in a blender until completely pureed.
  • Strain twice using a fine mesh sieve, then pour into popsicle moulds, leaving out the popsicle sticks.
  • Freeze for 1 hour, then insert popsicle sticks into partially frozen pops.
  • Freeze for another 6 hours or overnight then enjoy!
