A Violent Day at St. Andrews
- 1.5 oz. The Famous Grouse Blended Scotch Whisky
- ¾ oz. Sweet Vermouth
- ¾ oz. Pimm’s #1
- 4 tsp. Orange Marmalade Smuckers
- Garnish: Oat cake or digestive cookie
- Glassware: Coup
The Grass Kilt
- 1.5 oz. The Famous Grouse Blended Scotch Whisky
- 0.5 oz. Pineapple Juice
- 0.5 oz. Lemon Juice
- Juice from ½ an Orange
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
- Garnish: Pineapple cubes and orange twist
- Glassware: Cognac snifter
To make A Violent Day at St. Andrews: Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously for 10-12 seconds. Double strain into a coup glass and garnish with cookie.
To make The Grass Kilt: Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Add ice and double strain into cognac snifter glass full of ice. Garnish with pineapple cubes and a twist of orange zest.
