Boozy Raspberry Hibiscus Slushies

These Raspberry Hibiscus Slushies are going to quickly become your next go-to summer drink - just imagine one of these poolside and your next staycation won't seem so bad!

Ingredients

  • 2 cup hibiscus teabags steeped in 1cold water
  • 1/2 carton raspberries pureed and strained
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup vodka gin, whiskey or rum (your choice, though I recommend vodka!)
  • Crushed ice

Instructions

  • In cold water, immerse 2 hibiscus tea bags into 1 cup cold water, letting sit about 5-10 min.
  • Using a high speed blender, puree raspberries. Strain using a fine mesh sieve, then rinse out blender and pour raspberry puree back into blender.
  • Add hibiscus water, lime juice, sugar, alcohol of your choice and crushed ice. Blend until well-mixed.
  • Enjoy!
