Cut honeydew melon in half and scoop out seeds.
In a large blender, add smoothie filling ingredients together and blend until thick and pureed.
Split smoothie filling between each melon half, then add desired toppings - I added about a spoonful of chia seeds, hemp hearts and granola to each bowl, then 2-3 slices of kiwi and mango. You can sub in sliced banana for sliced mango or kiwi if desired.
Serve right away and enjoy!
