Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Cook salmon in pouch provided on a baking sheet for 25 minutes.
Meanwhile, assemble taco bowls, cook rice in a rice maker according to package directions, and prepare pickled red onions. Pour boiling water over onions slowly in a mesh sieve. Dissolve sugar and salt in vinegar. Place onions in vinegar mixture and let sit for at least 20 minutes.
Place all veggies inside 4 large bowls, then top rice and lettuce with one filet of salmon each. Top salmon with chili lime ginger sauce, then serve!
