Sparkling Candy Cane Mimosa
These Sparkling Candy Cane Mimosas are a fun and delicious 3-ingredient cocktail to celebrate the holiday season - just add champagne, seasonal fruit juice and candy canes!

Servings: 6 mimosas
- 1 bottle sparkling rose wine (prosecco or champagne also work!)
- Cranberry, pomegranate or blood orange juice
- 8 candy canes, crushed
Crush 2 candy canes with a knife or meat pounder, then drop into the bottom of each champagne glass.
Open the bottle of your choice, pouring an equal amount of sparkling wine into each champagne glass.
Add a splash of your chosen fruit juice to the glass, finishing by sticking a whole candy cane in each glass (optional - you may want to take out after a little bit because they dilute in the glass, at least if you don't finish it all in time ;) )
Serve immediately and enjoy the holidays!
