This Healthier Two-Ingredient White Chocolate Fondue is a delicious Valentine's Day-themed snack or dessert made with just chocolate and coconut milk!

Ingredients

  • 1 Green & Black's organic white chocolate bar
  • 2 tbsp full-fat coconut milk (from a can)
  • 1/2 container strawberries, whole or sliced
  • 1/2 container raspberries
  • 1/2 container blueberries
  • 1 banana, sliced

Instructions

  • Prepare and arrange fruit on a small platter, leaving room in the centre for the fondue.
  • Break chocolate bar up into small pieces in a small bowl. Add coconut milk. Microwave for 45 seconds to 1 minute. Remove and stir well.
  • Serve in the centre of the platter among the fruit. Serve with skewers or eat with your hands. Enjoy!
