This Iced Matcha Latte with matcha green tea is mixed with milk, sweetened, and served over ice – it tastes just like the one at Starbucks!

Step 1 Add sugar to a 16oz mason jar, then pour in boiling water.

Step 2  Mix together well to combine then chill for at least 1 hour. Syrup will last up to 1 month in the fridge.

Step 3 When ready to serve, add simple syrup, matcha and milk to a cocktail shaker or shaker bottle.

Step 4 Shake to combine.

Step 5 Add a handful of ice to a large glass, then pour drink overtop. Serve and enjoy!However, once it has been mixed with the lemonade, it should be used within a day for the best quality.
