EASY & HEALTHY MEAL PREP BOWL

These easy Chicken Shawarma Bowls are delicious for dinner or meal prep. They have marinated chicken, veggies, couscous, and garlic sauce

Ingredients

Step 1 Make the marinade and marinate the chicken for at least 15 mins.

Step 2 Make the couscous in a rice cooker or a pot on the stovetop.

Step 3 Cook the chicken in a skillet, then let it rest before slicing it against the grain.

Step 4 Add all the garlic sauce ingredients to a blender and blend until thickened.

Step 5 Sauté the onions and sumac, and prep any toppings of your choice.

Step 6 Serve the chicken over the couscous, add your toppings and drizzle garlic sauce over top.

Storing and reheating Store your bowls in the fridge for 3-5 days. For best results, store everything separately then assemble fresh. Eat them cold or reheat the chicken and couscous in the microwave for 1-2 mins.
