Spice up your Summer with Chipotle Aioli!
Mmm, there's nothing better than sauces and dips to accompany our fave foods in the summer. We've made five homemade condiments to get you through everyone's favourite season, and we've added a bit of a kick! Check back with us every week to find out how to make these super easy 5 Spicy Homemade Condiments.
Last week, we featured a Lime Sriracha Ketchup that is the perfect accompaniment for fries, hot dogs, burgers and more! This week, we've made a spicy and citrusy Chipotle Mayo made with fresh lemon juice, chipotle peppers in Adobo sauce and minced garlic. We use this aioli all summer long in veggie wraps, burgers, as a dipping sauce for sweet potato fries and so much more!

- 2 cups mayo
- 1-2 in chipotle peppersadobo sauce
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic minced
- Put all ingredients into a magic bullet or blender. Alternatively, you can finely chop the chipotle peppers and garlic and mix all ingredients together.
- Serve alongside burgers, potato wedges, sweet potato fries, as a dipping sauce for chicken and more!
