It's officially September! The beginning of the fall season is creeping upon us, and as the Starbucks menu begins to introduce its fall drinks, I'm starting to introduce more fall flavours into my weekly meal prep. Since it's also back to school season, I've also made sure to include a bunch of meal prep recipes that you can enjoy on the go! If you try any of the recipes for yourself, make sure to tag me on Instagram so I can see your recreations!

And if you're an avid fan of Starbucks' fall menu, then you're in luck! I've also included two of my favourite Starbucks copycat recipes that are PERFECT for the fall time – the pumpkin cream cold brew and spinach feta wraps.

Whether you're in between classes or juggling back to back meetings, you'll want to enjoy a delicious low maintenance lunch. What is a low maintenance lunch? A dish that you can prepare in advance and doesn't require too much work to enjoy.
All of the lunch options that I've listed for September are meal prep friendly and they use my favourite meal prep container: mason jars! Mason jars are the perfect no spill solution for soup and the perfect storing containers for salads and snacks!
Besides the mason jar lunches, I've also included another fan favourite lunch option – the healthy bento box lunch recipes made 5 ways!
