Happy October! Or should I say, happy spooky season! ‘Tis the season to visit the pumpkin patches, find the coolest costume, and cozy up next to the fireplace with your favourite fall drink and Halloween movie! I'm not lying when I say that this season is truly the most exciting for many of us. The weather is cooling down to the perfect sweater weather, so it's time to enjoy fall eats to the maximum with soups, chili and curry recipes that embody our favourite squashes (ex: butternut squash, acorn squash, etc.)
Since this month is packed with fun activities, it's natural that you may be busy running around so I've also included easy sheet pan dinners that are packed with fall produce to make making dinner that much easier! Breakfast recipes for October
Start your mornings off right with the most important meal of the day – breakfast! Honestly, you can count on me to have the best pumpkin recipes for the season. Trust me, my protein pumpkin pancakes are an amazing way to start your morning and my no bake pumpkin spice latte bars are amazing! But, to avoid the risk of overwhelming you with pumpkin recipes, I've limited the pumpkin breakfast options to two!
