If you've ever wanted an easy strength-training workout guide to complement your new healthy eating routine, I've now got you covered!

Here's what's included:

-4 weeks of strength training workouts (20 total videos)

-Each week contains 5 days of workouts with about 7-9 exercises included per day

-Almost all of the workouts can be completed in about 30-40 minutes

-They are beginner-friendly but include options for those more experienced to increase the difficulty
