1. I’m sticking with my vegan yogi lifestyle, but after the holidays I’m getting back into cooking at home and batch cooking/food prepping for the week ahead, and choosing the healthier options when needing to eat on the go!

  2. Right now my resolution is to prep healthy snacks to take to work everyday. This week it’s sliced carrots, cucumbers and apples. Lunch is still leftover pasta, but I’m okay with that as long as I get my veggies in. 🙂

  3. Wow, these bowls look so good! I definitely need to start eating healthier and exercising more. These last 10 pounds of baby weight are killing me!

  4. My goal for 2017 is to reduce the amount of refined sugars in my diet. I also want to start walking at least 5 kms a day and juice every day. Big goals!!

  5. My New Years resolution is to run a 1/2 marathon! I have already signed up for it so I can keep my eye on the prize!

  6. I need to be disciplined and get to bed earlier! I stay up late so I can get alone time but wind up cranky the next morning, my patience is short with my kids, and I end up eating too much junk food for a boost.

  7. I resolved to drink more water and lose 20 pounds to get my BMI in the normal range and my blood pressure down.

  8. My new year’s resolution is definitely to eat better — better ingredients, less fast food or unhealthy snacking and more reasonable portions!

  9. Beyond cooking more meals at home and eating healthier in general, I hope to start drinking more water. I was given a beautiful Swell bottle for Christmas and, so far, it’s helping me drink much more water during the day!

  10. I got super sick right after New Year’s and binge watched so many food documentaries on Netflix. As a result I’ve decided to go majority plant-based but typically don’t like veggies. I would love to transition into a more plant based diet with the help of b.good!

    Thanks for the chance!

  11. I’m doing a balance of 70% healthy pre-planned meals with 30% room for going out or treating myself! I’m also going to try to do yoga everyday.
