What are Paleo foods?
When you're on a Paleo diet, you can eat foods that (presumably) came from nature during the caveman era, either through hunting or gathering. The exceptions are whole grains and legumes, which are not allowed on the Paleo diet. Foods allowed on a Paleo diet include:

Can you do Paleo with dairy?
Apparently, there is a gray area where dairy products are concerned. Some Paleo dieters believe that dairy products such as milk and yogurt are okay if they are in raw form. Others believe that hunters and gatherers did not have access to milking cows. As a result, to comply with the strictest of Paleo guidelines, none of the recipes in this roundup include dairy products.
