This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Campbell’s® Everyday Gourmet soups. All opinions are 100% mine – thanks for supporting the brands that keep my blog up and running!

When I’m running low on time, I often turn to soup for a quick lunch. But sometimes the same old thing over and over again can get boring. One of my favourite kinds is  Campbell’s Everyday Gourmet soups – made with all kinds of exotic flavours, it’s the brand I turn to on those days I’m rushing around and have no time to make lunch.

With no artificial colours or flavours, these soups that have totally fun and unique flavour combos (think Thai tomato coconut and Creamy Tomato Basil Bisque), have wholesome ingredients and above all taste amazing. They’re great on their own of course, but they’re also begging to be dressed up. Anytime I can take a recipe and personalize it to suit whatever I’m craving that day is a good day 😉

So what kinds of soup are we talking about here?

Campbell’s Everyday Gourmet soups have delicious and exciting flavours you don’t typically find in the soup aisle. Plenty of herbs and spices are used to create fun flavour combos that are super unique, like Thai Tomato Coconut and creamy Tomato Basil Bisque.

To keep up with foodie trends, ingredients like lime leaves, lemongrass, tomatillo and fire roasted red pepper are used to produce sophisticated flavours, and because the soups are made from vegetable puree they also have a rich texture that makes the perfect base for garnishing.
